phone number). Orders may be placed by phone,
fax or email. Please quote your order number and
payment details.

MasterCard and Bankcard.
2. Phone Fax and Email orders can be paid using
Amex, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, or Bankcard.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
and as marked. All goods include GST. Unless
specified, delivery charges are additional.

My order hasn’t arrived
If you have already received shipping
information from us and your order has not yet
arrived within the specified time, please
contact your local Australia Post office and
advise them that you are expecting an Australia post
e-parcel.
I received Incorrect or Damaged Items
Contact admin@beerstore.com.au within two
working days of receipt of goods. Prior approval
must be obtained from the Beerstore before
returning goods. A Return Authority Number will
be given to you upon approval. Please do not
throw out damaged items until authorisation to
do so has been given.
Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement
at the sole discretion of Beerstore.
